Summary: Lots of good slapstick
It was pretty good. Could have been better, I thought, but then I also felt they weren't really trying very hard. After all, it's pretty formula; toss in your various required elements, mix, and Bugs will generally carry the show. Nice cameo by Michael Jordan, too! |

Summary: Very zany escape from reality
Very amusing movie. I kept getting odd flashes of memory back to 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' throughout the entire movie, but other than that, it was very well done. Laugh out loud fun at times, quiet amusement at others. A few eye rolling 'ugh' cliché bits but otherwise, I highly recommend catching this movie at some point if you like zaniness. |

Summary: A must-see for anyone who enjoyed the cartoons
Yes, _Who Framed Roger Rabbit_ came first, but this movie takes advantage of Looney Tunes characters we already know instead of introducing a new one. Plus, mixing animation and live action has gotten a *lot* better since then. Brendan Fraser and Jenna Elfman are very good in their respective roles, and there's plenty in the movie to entertain kids and adults, especially since they have fun showing cameos from all over the map (even a Dalek appears in one scene!).
The movie does an admirable job of mixing in past cartoon history with modern times (e.g. Wile E. Coyote going onto the web to the ACME web site, ordering something, clicking on 'Instant Delivery', and having the crate appear *poof* above his head *whump*). It's definitely a must-see if you have ever enjoyed Looney Tunes cartoons. |
