Summary: Great, fun, romantic french foreign film.
Okay, you're going to have to deal with subtitles, people talking in french, and a frustrating (at times) french-style script, but there is a ton of fun to be had along the way. This movie didn't make it into the mainstream, but hopefully you can catch it on video or on TV. The director's previous work, "Alien: Ressurection" demonstrated his ability to work with fantastic elements. Here, he applies them to the ordinary, almost like an Ally McBeal episode on steroids. Don't miss it!

Summary: Fun, very touching movie
Read Xibo's review. It's pretty much all there. Yep, there are subtitles, but if you can deal with it the payoff is there. It's hard to imagine laughing at subtitles sometimes, but I did several times. One thing Xibo didn't mention: Audrey Tautou, the main character in the story is yummy yum-yums on the eyes. I've also heard "Delicatessen" is by this director and is also supposed to be good. I may have to check that one out...
