Summary: Once again, Snipes is trapped in a miserable script.
The people who wrote this movie must have been on some serious drugs, because very little of it makes any sense. Snipes plays a secret agent working for a secret agency that's part of the UN but isn't really part of the UN and isn't really an agency, but rather more the wild scam of one of its players. The movie is filled with action scenes featuring Snipes, which is a good thing, as the story itself is pretty miserable.

  Grade: D+
Summary: incomprehensible boring pseudo-action flick
For an action flick this movie sure doesn't provide a whole lot of thrills. The incomprehensible plot drains all energy from the movie.
