| A few guys who created the gangs in Gary, Indiana some twenty years ago return to their hometown to find that the new gangs are using machine guns, doing drive-by shootings, and generally destroying entire neighborhoods. So, they set about waging war with the gangs. It's a pretty good film, but nothing spectacular or extraordinary. | |
