Mel Gibson stars as a rich man whose daughter has been taken hostage and
when he realizes that there is little chance he will ever see here again, he
takes the ransom and changes it into a bounty on the kidnappers' heads.
This then turns into a action drama as he goes after the kidnappers himself.
A very edge-of-the seat suspenseful action drama, and of course Mel Gibson
gives a very fine performance, as always.

Arnold Schwarznegger stars as a desperate Dad who searches in vain to find
the sold-out toy his son wants.  He competes with Sinbad who is likewise
searching for this toy, on Christmas Eve, when all the stores are sold out.
This was quite a timely movie considering the "Elmo" craze.  It's a decent
action/adventure comedy, and gets a little crazy now and then.
