Assassins A- 10/6 7:30pm Secaucus Sylvester Stallone plays an assassin who decides to become a good guy, only to end up being hunted by another assassin, played by Antonio Banderas. A very exciting and action-packed film, the two characters play well off of each other. There is some cute hokeyness with the PC used in the communications but that's to be expected. The rest of the movie makes up for it. Jade C 10/13 7:45pm Secaucus This is a pretty interesting crime drama. A mystery of sorts, about a murder and the suspects and their bizarre private lives. The problem with this movie is that it ends about 80% of the way through, and you're not sure what's supposed to happen to everyone after that. Very frustrating. Get Shorty A 10/27 8pm Secaucus John Travolta plays a cool loan shark from Miami who visits LA and decides he would like to become a movie producer. This is a violent yet comical film, much like last year's "Pulp Fiction". This is a much more light-hearted piece however. A Vampire in Brooklyn B 10/28 6pm Secaucus Eddie Murphy plays one of the last living vampires in this sometimes comical, sometimes gory movie. There is also a romance element, and a part where they just try to be really gross. In the end, it's a cute flick, but by trying to be too many things at once, someting is lost.
