Summary: Better than the first movie, but still not great.
Ed Norton does a better job as Bruce Banner, but the storyline still leaves the viewer wanting an idea as to how this ties into the comic book, or into the Marvel universe in general. This movie does have great parts though, especially in the beginning down in Brazil, but the overall goals of the character get lost in the endless battles between Hulk and the super soldier character. Eventually these movies all tie together for an Avengers film, somehow. No idea how they'll do Thor. The cameo appearance of Tony Stark was priceless.
