| Summary: Uneven but still enjoyable | |
| This movie could have been better, but it could have been a lot worse. Despite Jessica Alba's inability to be anything but a pretty face, and some really bad lines written for some of the actors (like when Ben Grimm discovers he's been double-crossed), there's still a lot of cool stuff in the movie. Julian McMahon is excellent as Dr. Doom, and the movie still manages to be enjoyable despite many rough spots. Now that they have the original story of the Four told, I'm hoping that they'll be able to build on it for the Silver Surfer movie. | |
