Summary: torturous
There's a few laughs and okay jokes, but this film was ruined for me when my (at the time) wife enjoyed it too much and bought the book. She read the book over and over and over, until she convinced herself that she wanted to be like the women in the book-- divorced. So, we eventually wound up that way. It's a stupid movie, about a bunch of loser divorced women who decide to extract revenge on their evil ex-husbands (all men being evil, of course) in effort to produce some sympathy and laughter from the audience. Blah.
