Summary: Great goth flick.
For all you vamps and goth lovers out there, this movie is a must-see. Kate Beckinsale is wonderful in her role, giving Carrie-Anne Moss a run for the money with her black vinyl outfit. You get lots of vampires and werewolves, and lots of pathetic goth chickies hanging out in felt dresses. The action is pretty good, too. Even the soundtrack is decent. In the end though, the story doesn't seem to hold up well, and I was left wondering how these vampires lived to be hundreds of years old if it was so easy to kill them.

Summary: Enough to look at, but a bit thin on plot
If you're into RPGs of vampires or werewolves or the like, you'll go ape over this one; the rest of us will like the PVC and such. Unfortunately the story doesn't quite hold up; if you think about it for a bit you can probably predict how it'll end halfway through. Could've been better, but could've been a lot worse.
