Summary: A fun martial-arts B-movie | |
Chow Yun Fat usually takes on very serious roles, but this is a very light-hearted and not at all serious movie. It's like a cheesy kung fu flick set in a modern north american city (Toronto?). Seann William Scott isn't a great actor, and he goofballs his way through this one, although Chow Yun Fat retains his serenity. Jamie King continues to work her way up towards better roles, and does a decent job as the female lead here. I enjoyed the movie, although it wasn't particularly memorable. |
