Summary: A gritty crime drama that doesn't quite work right.
Ray Liotta plays a crazy old overweight cop (I much prefer him looking young and fit crazy cop) who partners up with Patric, another crazy cop, as they try to solve the murder of Ray's partner. This film had about nine producers listed, and still couldn't cut it in the box office. Your average episode of The Shield, or a first-year episode of NYPD Blue is better than this. Much of the film was dark and gritty, hard to look at. It could have been better, but the story was drawn out and needed work as well.
