Summary: Interesting, strange story that makes no sense.
Obi-wan Kenobi plays an Interpol spy who is observing a suspect with all of the latest tools and gadgets when, at the encouragement of the ghost of his estranged daughter, he falls in love with the woman, who happens to kill most of her lovers, for reasons that are never really explained satisfactorly. Judd plays the woman in her usual mentally disturbed state, and K. D. Lang gives a good performance as the control agent back at HQ. The plot of the movie makes no sense other than to show scenes all over the country.
