Summary: Stereotypical blacks committing crimes and getting killed movie.
This is a documentary training film that teaches black kids what they should do with their lives: steal cars and die in car chases evading the police. The movie makes the young punks come off as the good guys, as if it was okay to steal cars, and that the white male police officers are the bad guys. After seeing this film, you will never want to park your car in downtown Newark ever again.
