| The critics raved about this movie, but I don't understand why. To me, it seemed to be an ordinary cartoon story, well drawn, well animated, and thankfully without insipid songs. But overall it was just a light children's story, and couldn't really get into it. Nice, but not excellent. Hopefully "Titan A.E." will be better, I'm looking forward to that to set new standards in animation. | |

| This is a beautifully animated film and a great story, and, unlike a certain major studio's films (Disney), the characters are unexpectedly interesting and quirky. In fact, one of the great appeals of the story is how the characters react in unexpected ways. Appeal for young and old. The ending was a little predictable but I admit it's what I was hoping for | |
