Summary: One of Jackie's better films.
Jackie Chan stars in this kung fu movie set in the Bronx. The storyline is lame and unbelievable, but the martial arts action more than makes up for it. I simply haven't seen martial arts done this well in a long, long time. Another negative for the film is that some parts are dubbed. But making up for that is a very unique chase scene involving a hovercraft. Overall, the movie is great fun and I recommend it. |

Summary: Good introduction to Jackie Chan
This is a good introduction to Jackie Chan for those who haven't seen him before, and one of his better movies back before he got involved making movies for American movie studios. It translates better to American audiences than most of his dubbed movies do. |
