This is a collection of websites belonging to various angstful souls from around the world. These people come from angst-list, alt.angst, AngstMUSH, or other places. They have linked their angstful web pages together in effort to increase the overall angst.
Anyone who has felt angst, and has a web page about angst.
Fill out the application form below. This will put you in the queue. You will then need to add an HTML fragment for your site to your page of angst. This HTML code is listed below. It should look like the source code to the Ring of Angst table above, but with your site id substituted. You also need to copy the Ring of Angst logo to your site (instructions below). Once your website is approved, you will be notified via e-mail that your page has joined the ring. If you have any problems, you can notify the webring manager, ringofangst@xibo.com.
Please note, under your entry for "Site URL", please enter the URL of your angst web page, which may or may not be the same as your main page or home page. The HTML fragment containing the Ring of Angst code must appear on your angst page.
A site information editing utility is included near the bottom of this
page. You'll need your site ID number and password.
Please use the following HTML fragment. Simply copy it into the source for your web page. The webring code must appear on the same page you listed as the URL for your Angst Web Page in the form above. Replace the string --id-- with the id number of your site. You'll get this id number when you apply with the form. For example, if your id number is 439, then replace "id=--id--" with "id=439" (do NOT use "id=--439--").
<!-- begin Ring of Angst code --> <center><p><table border=4><tr bgcolor="#000000"><td><p align=center> <img src="images/angst.jpg" alt="The Ring of Angst"> </td></tr><tr bgcolor="#000000"><td> <p align=center> <a href="http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?ring=angst;id=--id--;prev"> << Previous</a> | <a href="http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?ring=angst;id=--id--;random"> Random</a> | <a href="http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?list;ring=angst"> List</a> | <a href="http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?home;ring=angst"> Join</a> | <a href="http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?ring=angst;id=--id--;next"> Next >></a> </td></tr></table> </center> <!-- end Ring of Angst code -->
You need to copy this image (angst.jpg) to your web site. In most browsers this means you right-click on the image, go down to "Save image as..." and do it. The HTML fragment above assumes the image is in a subdirectory called "images". You can change this to reflect where you keep the image on your web site.
